Washington could sign up for expanding insurance competition and tort reform. But where does this get Washington? Where is Washington’s bite of the apple? Washington is starving. Know what I mean?

The solutions are really quite obvious, but Catherine Bragg belts them out better than anybody, and with reasonable urgency.

Term limits for Washington crooks is long overdue.
