In between your $50 Million vegetable shopping excursions and “date nights” have you considered reading a book (besides “Rules for Radicals)?”
You should. You might know that:
women with breast cancer have a 14 percent higher survival rate in the United States than in Europe. Breast cancer mortality is 52 percent higher in Germany than in the United States, and 88 percent higher in the United Kingdom. Breast cancer mortality is also 9 percent higher in Canada than in the US. Less than 25 percent of U.S. women die from breast cancer. In Britain, it’s 46 percent; France, 35 percent; Germany, 31 percent; Canada, 28 percent; Australia, 28 percent, and New Zealand, 46 percent.
You know lots about that all that medical research capitalist stuff which is making health care so expensive in the United States that your husband wants to curtail it, don’t you? Curtail medical research, so health care is cheaper for folks. Saavy.
I think you made $300,000 a year by not working at a university hospital (VP of refusinig health care to indigents, wasn’t it?) during your husband’s campaign; maybe you remember something about that “medical research” stuff . . .
That expensive medical research, is made more expensive by greedy government spouses, hangers-on and leaches, isn’t it, Darling Michelle. Yes, I am talking about you.
Perhaps if government gained some control over immigration, free health care for anybody who can crawl in over the border, that is free health care which now goes to illegal aliens, by order of your husband, we wouldn’t have to spend double-digit $BILLIONS for free health care to expand your husband’s voting block.
When your husband curtails medical advancement to cut the cost of health care for the folks, you may later find out what unacceptable health care for women is – or your children will – but we know you don’t look that far ahead.
When the government controls salaries of doctors, to keep health care cheap for the folks, you may learn more about unacceptable health care for women.
Government funded ACORN to keep housing affordable for the folks – and the result was the biggest financial disaster since the great depression. You are targeting the medical equivalent by government interference in health care here in the United States, where the best health care practices in the world originated, or most of them did.
Next time you get the urge for a vegetable shopping trip, consider for a moment the cost to taxpayers. Sit down instead and read a book about health care advances in this broken system, which is the best health care available in the world. A dietary tip, a tip on cheap housing, a tip on medical research, a tip on women’s health care, from you, are just not worth it.
You lie, darling.
