Since Jim Owens at Caterpillar promised Obama he would hire if the stimulus bill was passed, Obama must pass another stimulus (to ACORN) bill. Maybe Obama can re-run this bullcrap trick to pave the road (to where). America should eat it right up, thinks Obama. At least journalists will.
